HOW TO CREATE SUCCESSFUL
SELF-TALK
- Immerse yourself in successful self -talk daily.
- Monitor your self-talk.
- Catch yourself when you think (or say out loud) negative self-talk.
- Be intentional about changing the words around to successful self-talk.
1. On a sheet of paper, write down on the left side of the paper the specific limiting thoughts (fears/doubts, etc) that go through your mind that are holding you back.
For example:
"Things I think or say that are not helping me”
"How will I be able to make $1 million per year? It seems so out of reach."
"What if I can't continue to make the income I have been making that is so good."
"Raising kids is too hard."
"I have a hard time believing I will be able to maintain my ideal weight."
2. On the right side, take the statements from the left column and re-word them into the opposite in the form of a statement.
For example:
"My successful self-talk"
"I make a million dollars every year"
" I consistently make an excellent income of $_________."
"Raising kids is a blessing. I love the honor and privilege of raising kids."
"I breathe deeply, exercise daily, and feed myself with good nutritious food."
"Every physical movement that I make burns the extra fat in my body and helps me to maintain my ideal body weight.
Once you are done with this, email it to me and we can review it together.
I want to help you achieve your goals and live your dreams.
EXAMPLE

HERE IS SOME SUCCESSFUL SELF TALK FOR CALLING AGENTS
Read through it every day.
Record it and listen to it daily.
Repetition is the key to changing old self talk to new successful self talk
